Does anyone know where the 2009 Championship is being played this year?

The owners vote to have the team that has the best record that makes it to the Championship game be host this season. So we will not know where the game is going to be until both Conference Championship games are over.

i don't like that idea really! Wilmington has the best stadium in the league and i think it should be there this year! I'm just a player my opinion is my opinion!

Well, the reality is this, its doesn't matter how nice your stadium is when there are 5 people there to watch the CHAMPIONSHIP game. The point of having the game at the home stadium of the team that has the highest record is that there will be fans there. Last years game was so successful because the Crusader fans were there. No owner is going to take the risk (especially right now) of hosting a championship game that their team is not playing in. This aint the super bowl were talking about, just a league championship. Hosting these games cost money, and they are expensive. At least if your team is in it, you have a fighting chance to break even at the gate or even make some money.
